By accessing or using ViralKaro (a service provided by Calport Technologies), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws in India. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Use of Service & User Content

ViralKaro is an AI-powered intermediary platform. You are solely responsible for any images you upload ("User Content"). By uploading content, you represent that:

• You own the copyright or have explicit permission to use the image.
• The content does not violate any third-party intellectual property rights.
• The content is not defamatory, obscene, or in violation of the IT Rules 2021.

3. AI-Generated Output

ViralKaro uses artificial intelligence to generate marketing captions. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the fitness of the generated text for any specific purpose. You must review and edit all AI-generated content before publishing it elsewhere.

4. Public Feed & Visibility

To demonstrate our AI capabilities, your uploaded images and generated captions may be displayed in a public "Recent Generations" feed. You grant Calport Technologies a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and display this content on the ViralKaro platform.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from uploading content that:

• Infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or patents.
• Contains viruses or malicious code.
• Is intended to harass, threaten, or impersonate others.

6. Limitation of Liability

In accordance with Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000, Calport Technologies shall not be held liable for any third-party content or AI-generated output hosted on this platform. We act as a neutral intermediary.
